Marc Lou posts a $105k October across 16 products

Three products carry almost nine tenths of the month, and the smallest line brought in nine dollars.

Marc Lou published his October 2026 breakdown and says he made $105,147 across 16 revenue streams with no employees. TrustMRR led at $42,531, DataFast did $31,103 and Ship or Die did $18,990. He calls it a new personal record.

That’s 16 revenue streams with 0 employees, 90% profit margins, and time for the gym every day.

Update: There's an $1,995 extra from my poor computation skills. Sorry!

The first version of the post said $107,142. He corrected it in an update, saying there was an extra $1,995 from, in his words, his poor computation skills.

The rest of the list

Below the top three, Twitter brought in $5,619 and CodeFast $4,134. MailCheap did $2,050. ShipFast did $1,694.

Then it gets small fast. Stalkr $290, Indie Page $205, ByeDispute $202, Zenvoice $118, YouTube $91, SuperShrimp $68, HabitsGarden $19, WorkbookPDF $19, and PoopUp $9. Lou notes that PoopUp is back, and that he added a new revenue stream during the month.

Add the nine lines under $300 together and you get a little over a thousand dollars, which is about one percent of the month. The top three alone are close to $92,600, roughly nine tenths of the total.

The business read

The headline is 16 products. The reality is two big ones and a strong third, with a long tail that mostly serves as a portfolio rather than income. The lesson is not that shipping sixteen things gets you to six figures a month, it is that one of them has to become TrustMRR, and most of the others will sit at double digits forever.

The 90% margin and the $105k total are his own numbers, self reported in a tweet, not audited accounts. The arithmetic correction in the same post is a fair reminder of that.

What is genuinely unusual here is the headcount. Sixteen live products, zero employees, and he says he still has time for the gym every day. Whether the tail stays maintainable at that staffing level is the open question, and nothing in the post answers it.
