Factory says revenue is up 100x as it fires a board observer over Cognition
Matan Grinberg says he terminated Christopher Degnan as Factory board observer and advisor, after Degnan disclosed that what he had described as a casual chat with a Cognition executive was formal and recurring. Arvid Kahl sold Podscan to a customer already running on its tech
Arvid Kahl says Podscan has been acquired by AudioHook, and he is staying on to lead the product. AudioHook was already using Podscan's tech to power part of its platform, which Kahl says gave the deal free alignment and established trust. He calls it closer to a merge than his FeedbackPanda exit, and no terms were disclosed.
