levelsio says everyone will mostly use personal, ephemeral software spun up inside AI chat apps, and that non-technical people are already doing it without realising. His examples: asking to edit a photo and getting a Photoshop clone, asking about quarterly sales and getting a dashboard wired to the APIs.
They won't know they're building software because their AI app/agent will do it for them
