Marc Lou builds revenue-gated chats that unlock as you earn
Entry is verified revenue, and the groups open up as your last 30 days of income grows.
Marc Lou says he has rebuilt Jake Mor's revenue-verified chat idea for all payment providers. The pitch is simple. You join chats with founders making roughly the same money you are.

To get in, you need a startup with verified revenue on TrustMRR, Lou's revenue verification tool. From there the groups auto-unlock as your monthly income increases. The number it reads is not MRR (monthly recurring revenue) but the last 30 days of revenue, which matters if your business is lumpy, one-off sales, sponsorships or anything else that does not renew on a tidy monthly cycle.
As of his post, Lou says he is the only person in there. "I'm alone in there, plz join!" is the actual launch copy, which is about as honest a day-one metric as you will see.
Where the idea came from
Jake Mor had already been running a version of this. In his own post he described it as popping off, with the flow boiled down to verify your revenue, then join chats with people making the same. Lou's contribution is coverage. Mor's version was narrower, and Lou has extended the verification to all payment providers, which is the part that decides whether a founder with a Paddle or Lemon Squeezy account can actually walk through the door.
The business read
The gate is the product. Every founder community eventually drowns in people who claim numbers they do not have, and the usual fix is a manual application and somebody's judgement. Checking the payment processor instead removes the argument. It also does something useful for Lou. The chats only work if you verify on TrustMRR, so the community is a distribution channel for the verification tool rather than a side project sitting next to it, the same tool he said hit $26,031 MRR on a single sponsor deal earlier this month.
Whether founders actually want to sit in a room sorted by income is the open question, and one empty chat room is not an answer yet.
